We had received an enthusiastic team of Dr. M.G Perulekar Mitramandal School from Mumbai India who had joined us on the 18th of November 2017 to share their experiences and create new ones in Mauritius through various activities that had been performed throughout the week of the student exchange. We had Dr. Anjali Menon IS coordinator, CEO of Kaizen and Mrs. Pushpa Philips a wonderful educationist from Dr. M.G.P.M school who gave us a very fruitful week with the brilliant workshops and activities during the exchange program. An admirable group of 10 students accompanied by their teachers came to exchange their academic and life skills with our Grade 4, 5 and 6 students during the program. The following activities were carried out by teachers and students of both schools:
Day 1: Opening Ceremony in the presence of Dr. O.Shamloll (Cardiologist) & Workshops for teachers
Day 2: Food Mela, Case Study & Collage Competition in the presence of the participants’ responsible parties.
Day 3: Quiz & Debate Competition
Day 4: Prize Giving Ceremony & Cultural Activity in the presence of Consular from the Indian High Commission
Day 5: Local tour with International Delegates and Northlands’s Team
